Within the illustration section you can see new images from a major commission, illustrating one of the UK's first medieval textbooks for GCSE. Written by Professor's Mark Bailey, Graham Seel and Sophie Ambler of University East Anglia, The book, Anglo-Saxon and Norman Britain (C.500 - 1100) contains illustrations of maps, troop movements trials by combat, coronations and sea monsters alongside an engaging narrative text recording the history of England. More details on the launch nearer the end of the year.
