and a Happy New Year

I believe that sharing home baked cake brings family and friends together. My Christmas cake is baked in October and fed through to the new year. This 2019 one was inspired by the paintings of John James Audubon. As this is the first year my parents are not baking their Family Christmas cake, a cold turkey one seemed appropriate.
